Our Story

N. Seventeen Inc is a property management company working, primarily,  with luxury properties on the west coast of Barbados.
 After establishing ourselves in the hospitality industry in England, America and Italy we fell for the charms of Barbados. Our reputation for excellence and persistence quickly grew within the hospitality community, culminating in being recruited by the Government of Barbados to oversee tourism orientated events and marketing incentives for the Island. 

In 2004, N. Seventeen Inc expanded from hospitality into the private property sector. There we paired the experience of our Hospitality years with the outstanding properties presented to us and created a full-on property management service, which includes, Royal Westmoreland, Sugar Hill Tennis village, Sandy cove to name just a few. We continue to satisfy our clients today in the same manner as when we started, with qualified professionals, communication and trust.
